my declaration of minor form is all filled out. all I need is to hand it to someone in the registrar's office. I got out of class at 3:30 and went right there. THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER.
I'm sorry, but if the college is remaining open, important offices such as this one should remain open as well. because honestly if they're going to give me three days notice to get something like this done, they better be there for me to hand it in... but they're not.
MUCH FRUSTRATION SUCH ANGER.
